fenics_install cannot download UFL

I am running fenics_install and it reports the following error when trying to download UFL:

Going to the link manually or attempting to download the ufl-2016.1.0.tar.gz file using the downloads link on Bitbucket fails.

I'm running on

Linux localhost.localdomain 4.6.5-200.fc23.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Jul 28 01:10:25 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

This is certainly not an UFL issue. Please, consider reading https://fenicsproject.org/support/ and asking at the FEniCS support mailing list.
