InChIKey to Chemical Name not working

for example, myrcene's InChIKey is UAHWPYUMFXYFJY-UHFFFAOYSA-N, but when I try to convert that back to Chemical Name an error is returned.

I can confirm that we are having issues with retrieving names, irrespective of input it seems. Any timeline for a fix? It seems to be name specific as all other parameters we’ve tried are not returning errors (and thx again for maintaining this very useful service!) …
