Chemical name conversion is not working

An example provided in the REST services page:

curl https://cts.fiehnlab.ucdavis.edu/rest/convert/InChIKey/Chemical%20Name/QNAYBMKLOCPYGJ-REOHCLBHSA-N

is resulting in an error.:

Retrieving "Chemical name" also seems to be causing problems using the batch conversion page.
