cts_convert (webchem package) does not recognize all pubchem CID

Works like a charm! Only, some pubchem CID are not recognized. Such as 101417452 or 101578378. These do exist in pubchem. See for instance https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/101417452.
