knob visible/enabled filter not reliable

Mitja Müller-Jend repo owner created an issue

Currently, only one knob (stored in headers data) is checked for visibility. If this knob is invisible but another nodes knobs is visible, both are filtered.

    This has been fixed since implementing the insertColumns function in the model.
