missing translations for the newer version

File woocommerce-link-to-checkout.php contains new or changed translation strings which are not in the slm_wooaddon-de.mo / slm_wooaddon-de.po files. i.e. 'Click to renew any existing licenses' and some others like in line 104 and 115.

By changing the file names of slm_wooaddon-de.po and slm_wooaddon-de.mo to slm_wooaddon-de_DE.mo and slm_wooaddon-de_DE.po the German translation works (at least for those strings which are not missing since the new version)
