To run GUI, place Nxt core folder[1] inside "lib" folder
and run/double-click "Clienxt.jar".

[1] Nxt core folder can be downloaded from official links: 
http://download.nxtcrypto.org/

final folder/directory structure should be as follows:

ClieNXT/lib/nxt/..		[folder and files from Nxt core]
ClieNXT/ClieNXT.jar		[GUI, double-click run] 
ClieNXT/README.txt		[readme text]
