Asset price incorrect

When issuing an asset :
Asset quantity : 500 Asset price : 5000
Asset issue TX :{"errorCode":6,"errorDescription":"Not enough funds"}
even i have 200k Nxt in my account

issue was with copying passphrase from other source that changed content of pass

Thank you for reporting issue!
Issue is not client related, it is testnet related issue, because transactions takes longer time to get confirmed. I believe it is because there is not much users on testnet to contribute for the network.
