It fails with following errors
error: inlining failed in call to ‘always_inline’ ‘int fprintf(FILE*, const char*, ...)’: target specific option mismatch

The motivation was to have something working with the Ubuntu package. For the static linking I ran into a missing boinc_finish function that I remember to have solved in the past but somehow this escapes me now.
