Add all options to configuration file

At the moment, some options are not specified in the config file but rather tested/hard coded in the some test files.

Improvement is to: * add options to config file * simplify the tests by collecting the declared options for each solver and test them.

Benefits: * simplification of tests * ability to define same different versions of the same solver in the config file with different options.
