From the logs I saw, that kgs-genmove_cleanup

was called and oakfoam passed. Than it was asked to agree with all his stones dead and it agreed...

Was this in a free game, or a rated game? There is a known bug with KGS for free human-bot games where the human player's decision is taken as the truth, irrespective of what the bot says.
