circstrings not used for playing

circstrings is not used in usual code, as far as I understood it. It is used for collecting patterns in the scripts.

It uses significant amount of ram which will be a problem for the next iOS release, if I want to incorparate strong circular pattern database.

Propose: only create them when first use of getMatchingFeaturesString getFeatureIdList

This is 100% true, and I agree with the solution of lazy allocation.
