Not possible to view albums correctly with lightbox

TYPO 8.7.10

There's a major problem with viewing an album. If you click the first picture, the complete lightbox won't work and you have to go back manually by the browsers back-button. If you click on any other picture, it seems to work. But if you switch through the pictures after 3 or 4 pictures, there is always one missing.

It would be soooo cool, if you could fix this problem.

The problem is located with the function: "maximum thumbs per page". If you just have all pictures on one page, there is no problem at all.

If you use the default templates and have the setting lightbox enabled there are links to all images rendered in the HTML source.

Maybe you can adjust the news integration a little bit to have the same functionality there to

Hello, I had the same problem: First (pid=0) and last image produced a js-error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'x' of undefined". Your solution "maximum thumbs per page" did work for me. But is there any solution if I still want to use pagination? Seems it does not recognize initial and last item of each paginated page's image. Thx for your orientation.
