ViewHelper FileTitleViewHelper dosn't work

The ViewHelper FileTitleViewHelper is not providing the title anymore. Tested with typo3 Version 9.5.10 and fs_media_gallery 2.0.1.

The parameter $file is not received properly. I have replaced the render() method with the renderStatic() method and read the file argument over the $arguments array. Look at my example coding in the attached file.

Could you please implement this solution in the next version?
