Rally connector is not updating the Rally ticket

Even though we add the Rally ticket ID in the name of the branch or the commit message, Rally Changeset is not being updated.

Hi

could you please confirm that you have the following steps completed?

• Check whether Rally Post Changeset Hook is enabled in your target repository

• Check whether you Rally API Key was generated with Full Access

• Check whether Enable Build and Changeset is enable in Rally

To check if you Bitbucket instance doesn't has any connectivity issue with Rally, in your Bitbucket server:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen
2. Choose Manage Account
3. Click Rally Connector on the left-side navigation bar and put your API Key;

If still, is not working, please let us know.

We are having the same issue. We have completed the configuration as mentioned above, but still cannot see anything in the Change Sets section in Rally.

Hi Diego, Any update on this? we have purchased the plugin but cannot see Rally commit information in Rally. Would appreciate if you could help us ASAP, as our rollout to Rally is being blocked by this issue.

I do not see the Stash Commit info inside Rally. I can see the Rally ID inside Stash. On user profile of Stash, upon click on Rally Connector - Manage account , I get connection timeout errors ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to rally1.rallydev.com:443

Sorry for the late response. We are already investigating the connection timeout issues.
