Hi Velasco, sorry for the late response. Can you give more details on this. It seems the plugin could not find the rally artifacts. Are you using a single APIKey for all users?

Do we know what's causing this error in our logs?

  3. George Mace

This exception you've sent seems to be related to another error. We are going to investigate as well. But I still need to know how they have configured the Rally API Keys, because it seems to be the first issue you have raised.

  4. Rey Velasco

    From the user:

Yes it does. Anything else in an API key is fairly useless. The key also used to work just fine. My suspicion is that somewhere in the myriad of configuration files used by the Altassian products is an entry for a userid/password for Rally and that password is expired based on the rather plain English error noted.

  5. George Mace

Hi Velasco, are you still facing this issue? if so, please let me know which version you are using of "rally for bitbucket".
