Bitbucket to Rally connector configuration roadblock

Former user created an issue

We are using Bitbucket to Rally connector and trying to update Rally with change set information. The change set information is not getting updated in Rally. However, we see the Rally link is showing in the Bit Bucket.

Need your help in resolving this issue.
