Case and diacritica matching for search on word in "Extended Search"

Case and diacritica are conflated in one button in a word search in “Extended search”. But upper/lower case is something different from diacritica. Basically, you would want separate buttons : one for upper/lower case-sensitive (or not) and one for diacritica.

Things are complex, because Frisian letters with diacritica are (almost?) always written without diacritica when they are capitals. Perhaps this is the reason that they are conflated? Proposal: This could then be explained in the FAQ document.
