Retained flag not available

Hello Siegfried and team,

Thank you for the great project TTY2MQTT, it works flawlessly. It will be nice to have the Retained flag and maybe QoS options in a conf file in the next release.

thx for your feedback, the retained flag and QoS can now be configured, the sources in GIT are updated (the downloads and the manpages on metacodes.pro still need to be updated)
