Provide build instructions

As an alternative to https://bitbucket.org/funkeh/love-linux-distribution/issues/6/update-for-0100 and extension to https://bitbucket.org/rude/love/issues/1168/provide-stand-alone-love2d-linux-binaries , I would like to request that build instructions are provided, so that those with more time on their hands may provide alternative (hopefully updated) "portable" Linux builds.
