Send To Queue button is missing

As per v1.0 the Send To Queue button is missing in the main window and I can't find a way to restore it! See attached screenshot v0.31 vs v1.0.1.

    I had the same problem at first. Secondary tap / right click on the tool bar and choose "Customize Toolbar". The icon for "Send to Queue" can be dragged onto the toolbar from the customize screen. See the attached screenshot.

    A lot of tutorial were using the send to queue button when a simple save was enough. So now you have do had it back yourself if you really want it.
