Downmix on El Capitan seems weird

Recently I noticed that after converting AC3 to AAC, whatever the downmix is, stereo, Dolby or multi channel, the converted sounds hear weirdly. For example, talks hear on right side of my headphone and background musics hear on left side. I've tried the same audio conversion with Handbrake, which is fine. So I guess there might be some issues with embedded codecs in Subler.

I deleted the embedded decoders in Subler, AC3 and Perian. But the conversion was not affected at all. maybe Subler uses the default codec in El Capitan?
