Send to queue button missing

Just reinstalled the latest version and when I add metadata there used to be a button to send to the queue. It's no longer there and only the keyboard shortcut Cmd-B works Where has the button gone?

It's not on the toolbar by default anymore, because people were recommending to use it instead of just hitting save. You can add it back by customising the toolbar.
