Will not mux 5fps video

Just wanted to report in that Subler fails to produce a playable video when muxing if the frame rate is under 15fps (specifically, I was working with 5fps "slide-style" videos set to 5.1 music and compressed in standard H.264 .m4v format)

Re-encoding the video to 15fps worked, though at cost of larger file size, of course.

Works for me. Post a non working sample I can test or I'll close the issue. Btw every h.264 encoder is smart enough to spend very little bitrate on duplicated frames.
