Only downloading low resolution artwork from iTunes

Hi, I found this issue

and it's marked as closed, but I'm having the same issue. I have downloaded version in the previous issue, and still nothing. Strange thing, I'm only having the issue on my new laptop. My iMac is still working perfectly.

Clear the cache from the Subler preferences window, and try the latest version instead of an old test one.
