Subler not creating watchable conversions
I only experience this with movies over 2 hours or bigger than 1 GB. (Before picture is attached) I'm adding a subtitle in the .srt format, finding and adding the metadata of the movie being converted, then sending my movie to the queue. After it finishes, I cannot preview, or open the new file inside finder or iTunes. (After picture is attached) It simply displays a loading wheel but never a movie. Please let me know if this is a common issue, or if you need any other information about my conversions.

reporter Damiano, This happens when files are originally both .mp4 and .mkv extensions. If you'd like, I can send you one of my original files and see if the same thing happens on your end. Files that are .mkv, I convert with VisualHub (yes, I still have it working on El Capitan) into "iTunes" format, not the "mp4" option. Both settings still convert to mp4. I then run the converted file through Subler with the settings I've attached. Is this enough information? Feel free to email me at ResponsibleBj@gmail.com if you would like me to send you the original file.

repo owner Yes please send me a file that I can test. And btw you should really encode the video to h.264.

reporter Damiano, I sent you a message on here I wasn't sure if you received it yet. Want to email me at the email address I posted earlier and I'll send you a link to my drive?

Please add more information. What did you use to generate the source file, was it already a mp4 or not?
