Automatic set a specific language in the queue settings

Issue #16 resolved
Former user created an issue

Please add an option to automatically add a specific language in the queue settings. I always use subtitles, and if I use the queue auto converting by drag and drop, the default language is the same as source, which is 99% of the time "Unknown". If "Unknown" subtitles language is set, my Apple TV won't recognise them.

Thank you in advance.

This problem used to annoy me too, but it is easily fixed. If you add the language to your subtitle file as part of its name, subler imports the language automatically when processed by the queue. Ej: Show - S01E01 - EpisodeName.English.srt (if the subtiles are English) or Show - S01E01 - EpisodeName.Spanish.srt (If the subtitles are Spanish).

I agree, have a way to create a "set" or a default upon adding to que that sets audio track to specified language and sets subtitles to s second specified language. Making each a have it's own specified language helps tremendously with anime where audio is typically Japanese and subs are english (or what ever the listeners preference). Also being able to batch "link" the subs to the language. Example:Screen Shot 2015-07-04 at 13.51.24.png Note when selecting audio track you can link it to a sub track.

Lastly could we get feed back as to how difficult this would be to implement and when or if you are planing to implement this? Thanks!
