Subler can't find TVDB metadata although its avaliable

Endeavour Season 3 Episode 2 is clearly available via the TVDB database, but judging from the website, is this potentially a timeout issue with the site?

iTuned is also unable to pull ANY of this new season from either US or Canadian databases.
