saving process is different with 1.0.8

in previous version, saving was just simply overriding the file but in 1.0.8 when saving is clicked, it is actually creating a new file and it takes a lot of time.

usually i use subler for adding iTunes metadata.

i don't see any settings for the above, re-saving the file is not very ideal everytime i add metadata.

Nothing changed. Make sure the file you are saving is already a mp4. If not there is no way to save it in place.
