Menubar turns to light theme when opening Subler 1.0.9

I use Dark menu bar and dock, but since last update of Subler, Subler forces a light menu bar: When Subler is active my menu bar turns light, when another program is active the menu bar turns back to dark. The dock stays in dark theme.

Yeah, sorry, that fixed it. You beat me to it, tried to remove the issue but couldn't figure out how. Case closed.
