Subler turning all subtitle to default/forced

Hello, just wondering if there is anyway to turn the subtitles from default/forced to off? Even though I untick the subtitles, when I go to save the file it reticks these and turns them to default. This is only happening in the last few versions. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

What do you mean by "default"? The first checkbox is to enable or disable a track, but which track inside an alternate group should be displayed is entirely a player choice. You can go in Preferences -> Advanced and disable "Keep groups organised", but then you can easily create a broken file that won't let you select subtitles at all in QuickTime and Apple devices.
