Wrong Artwork for chapter

Former user created an issue

Chapters Artworks were working well on Subler 1.0.8 but on 1.0.9 it is the same picture for each chapters. So I still use the previous version of subler.

    Nothing changed in 1.0.9 regarding chapters. Can you send me a sample file I can use to reproduce the issue?
