issues with subtitles

hi so i'm kinda new to this but anyhow since i don't have a mac and can't use subler i use a program called handbrake i ocr the subtitles and create the srt through a program called dvdsubedit which works wonderfully it preserves the color in the subtitles which is great the problem i am having when i add the subtitle to the video in handbrake and after it encodes when i playback the video in itunes or on my apple tv some of the letters on the words are in white when they should be all yellow and some words are green which is how they are supposed to be but i'm wondering why i'm getting some white text and not all yellow can someone please look at the attached srt and see if they experience the same issue thanks
