Audio disappears inside the video

I use MIRO, to convert from mkv to mp4... Then I use sublet (1.0.9 mac) to bring the originals Soundtracks from the mov into the mp4...

But even though the program tells me everything is fine, the soundtracks, 2 languages with 2 different channels, stop working at at some point in the video, this point seems to be fix for that video then...

What do I do wrong ?!
