Merging and saving metadata

Having issues with Subler 1.0.9 merging audio files, chapter file and metadata to files larger than 5GB+. Chapter names are stripped. When adding other language files AAC (*.m4a) playing the video becomes an issue. All audio files are 160k AAC files converted with FFMPEG. Video plays but no sound, changing audio file freezes the video and nothing works. I've used Quicktime, iTunes and VLC to make sure it is not a player issue but all video players experience the issue. Video files with multiple audio tracks, subtitles and chapter file work fine if under 5GB in size.
