Subler result won't play in iTunes 11.4

the resultant m4v is the right size but the icon is generic and it won't play in iTunes 11.4 It's a mkv that was hvec source before Subler convert. Is it me? (prolly).

iTunes and QuickTime can't playback HEVC.

Darn the Luck ! ! ! So the resultant m4v still has the HEVC component?

Right, Subler is a muxer, it can convert some audio formats to AAC and some subtitles to tx3g because it's handy. But if you have to convert the whole video you can just use HandBrake.
