I keep getting tracks durations of 0:00:00.000

Hello,

I have a few MKV files and would like to make them M4V. Each time I do that every track, (Video, Sound, Subtitle, and Chapter), show 0:00:00.000.

Here's what I do, 1) Open the H.265 MKV in Subler The file contains 1 video track, 3 audio tracks, a bunch of subtitle tracks and a chapter track. 2) Select all tracks to import 3) Click Add 3) Save 4) After a few seconds, it finishes saving the file and the resulting file is only a few KB, and all the tracks show 0:00:00.000

Info on the file... Size: 2.84 GB Length: 2 hours Codec: H.265 Audio: 3 AAC streams

Message Log... Warning: ReadChildAtoms: "cut": In atom moov missing child atom track

I've tried to Save and Save As. I even went to File>New to import the tracks and save it that way. Please, let me know if there is any other information needed.

Your file has too many tracks, Subler can read a max of 32 tracks from a mkv. You can remove some with mkvmerge. Or wait for the next version of Subler.
