Auto added "Chapter 0" is impossible to remove

Former user created an issue

In v1.1.8 "Chapter 0" is automatically added. I tested it by creating a clean text file and also manually adding chapter markers in the UI. Whenever I export the file, a Chapter 0 will be present.
