Movie chapter thumbnails not showing in iOS 10

Hi!

Thanks for the awesome software.

Subler creates the track for the chapter thumbnails. These show up and work well in iTunes, but after syncing it to iOS 10, the chapters show and not their thumbnails.

I use subler in MacOS Sierra through VMware. Then I drop the file in iTunes in my windows machine.

Windows 10 (Anniversary Update), iTunes 12.5.3.6, iPad Pro, iOS 10.0.2.

It's either an iTunes or Video app issue. It doesn't work even with a movie bought from the iTunes Store.
