1.2.2 Language Setting Issue

Before 1.2.2, if you selected a language for the Video Track, and you created chapter images on save, the chapter-images file would inherit the Video Track's language.

I always change the Video Track from Unknown (now Unknown Language) to something else, usually English. Now the chapter-images track does not inherit the Video Track's language. This was a time-saver for me as I don't want any tracks to have an Unknown Language.
