Just tried that file with 0.30 and it works. Are you sure you are using 0.30? Your screenshot shows a ac-3 track but the original file has got no ac-3 track.

Well honestly I can't go around the web downloading pirate content. If you have a small sample to reproduce the issue please send it to me. Otherwise I will close this issue.

You are absolutely right and I didn't expect you had to that. I just thought you would probably tell me to go download some necessary codec. Anyway, I notice that all of the files with AAC + AC3 channel will never work no matter which one I would choose to convert.
