Will not pull/save artwork to items played through the queue

After items are added to the queue I can manually add metadata/artwork to each item, however when I add items to the queue and select the "Start/Stop Queue" button, the artwork will not save for any item. No error message is shown, no indication that nothing didn't work, each item processes through the queue as expected, but no artwork is saved.

The manual process that will work for items in the queue is this: click on the "i", click on "Edit", search for metadata, select the correct episode/movie and click "Add", then the artwork chooser appears, I click the desired artwork then "Set as artwork" then the red dot to save the file
