Crash on assigning or editing a set

Issue #294 resolved
probe_droid created an issue

When trying to assign a predefined set, the app crashes with the message in the attached screenshot. I am now not able to use some sets, probably the ones that have an older rating string. I also cannot edit it to update the rating string because the app crashes too.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Have existing sets created in a pre-1.2 version of Subler 2. Open Preferences -> Sets and click the information icon next to one set created in step #1 3. Subler crashes

This occurs since version 1.2 and I am currently on 1.2.2. I also cannot go back to 1.1.8 because all the sets are empty then.

I am running on macOS 11.12.1 (Sierra).

Please attach one of the non working sets here, you can find them in ~/Library/Application Support/Subler.

Now Subler does not crash anymore, but as the Metadata and the Artwork is empty for all sets (including the one I attached earlier), I cannot use the sets.

That might be a consequence of reopening 1.1.8, because it has no idea on how to treat the new set format. Don't you have a backup to restore the files?

I am confused now. The Subler test you posted above is saying it is 1.1.8, but you marked this issue as resolved. In which 1.2.x version will the crash be fixed? I was able to restore the sbpreset files from a backup from the point of time before the upgrade to version 1.2.x and it is working now again.
