ADTS AAC Audio Streams Missing Options to Set for SBR and PS (HE-AACv2)

Issue #3 new
Former user created an issue

Subler rewraps HE-AACv2 streams as if they are standard low-complexity AAC. Raw ADTS .aac files do not have the flags for SBR or PS which are required with .m4a files for most players to play back the audio correctly.

Subler should have these settings available to manually set when wrapping .aac audio files or handle the process automatically by examining the .aac ADTS file when it's added to Subler to see if it was encoded with spectral bandwidth replication and parametric stereo.
