The file type association in Subler 1.2.7 is broken, I'm using macOS 10.12.3. Subler does not accept files via drag & drop, nor does it show up in the "Open With" menu on MP4 files.

Sorry, it's late and I forgot to mention that I did download a fresh copy and even rebuilt my launch services database.

The Dock now works and so does the open with menu. 👍
