After tag metadata with MetaTV app I am unable to even open m4v files in Subler

Starting with the error I see when showing message log: [14:11:18] Error: FindIntegerProperty: no such property - moov.trak[2].mdia.minf.stbl.stsd...esds.decConfigDescr.objectTypeId (../src/mp4file.cpp,747)

This started happening at least Subler release or two ago. MetaTV hasn't updated - not that it couldn't be the problem. Usually I try to add my chapters and other metadata first in Subler on the mkv original file. But if I make a mistake in order then I can no longer open in Subler.

Also, once I attempt to open a file like that with the above error then Subler completely hangs and will not open any other files. Has to be restarted.

Subler 1.2.8 Mac OSX 10.12.3

MetaTV is creating invalid mp4 files. I'll try to add a workaround, but maybe try to use a different app.

And there was another issues with metadata which I fixed. It will be in next version.
