Subler 1.2.9 is not returning data from thetvdb.com (again)
when one click's "search" it gives up in less than a second and returns nothing. But it doesn't seem to fail for every show. I have no trouble tagging "Elementary" but "12 Monkeys" doesn't work at all.
Confirmed that thetvdb.com is working (and it has no problem returning data for any show in their system using a web browser)

Version 1.3 here. Not picking up any episodes of the Handmaid's Tale. I checked TVDB, and it is there.

Same issue for me.

repo owner TheTVDB is sending invalid xml sometimes. It seems they have a new json api, I'll try to switch to it this week.

repo owner https://subler.org/download/Subler-Test.zip uses the new tvdb api. It's a bit slower because it needs to do more http requests to get the same data s the old one.

reporter that link just 404s
-
repo owner https://subler.org/downloads/Subler-Test.zip forgot an "s"
-
TVDB is still not working
-
repo owner Please try the test version, and see if it works fine.
-
reporter the test version was able to tag a tv episode that version 1.3.0 wouldn't do anything over ... but it failed to download any artwork
-
repo owner Did it happens only for one particular tv episode, or does it always happens?
-
repo owner I uploaded a second test build https://subler.org/downloads/Subler-Test2.zip In my testing I found no issues. If you find one please wrote how to reproduce it too.

repo owner - changed status to resolved
1.3.1 is out. If you find more issues, please open a new ticket and provide a way to reproduce them.

repo owner Hi, I expanded the MovieDB importer to work with tv shows too, you can find a test build on https://bitbucket.org/galad87/subler/issues/342/themoviedb-tv-shows-support , if you could test it a bit it would be a big help.

Likewise with 1.3. Trying to tag Doctor Who, 12 Monkeys and Twin Peaks.
