Feature Request: Default audio tracks

Issue #349 closed
Kevin Patfield created an issue

Subler seems to default to always have the first audio track enabled and the second disabled. A useful enhancement would be to default to both tracks disabled if they have a different number of channels, e.g. if the first track is Stereo and the second is 6 channel. Alternatively, provide a preference to control this.

Subler automatically groups the audio tracks in alternate group. An alternate group needs one enabled track to work, and then the player will choose the preferred track by itself (using the system language, current output preferences to choose one).

If you are using a player that doesn't supports alternate groups and just look at the first enabled track, you can disable Subler automatic behaviour in Preferences -> Advanced and do whatever you want. But an alternate group is required if you use Apple's softwares (QuickTime, iTunes, AppleTV, iOS, etc…).
