subtitle offset when playing on Browser

when play on Mac by quicktime player or appletv ,everythings fine

but when I upload the same file to my server and playing on browser like safari by default browser video player (Technically its quick timeplayer too) , subtitles will offset.

when I switch to full screen , still offset

my safari version : 10.1.2

quicktime version: 10.4

Subtitles rendering is completely up to the player. So this is a Safari bug. Safari has got its own subtitles rendered.

Report the bug Apple/WebKit. Use an eternal .webvtt file. Or if your file is anamorphic check if it happens on non anamorphic files too.
