Running Subler 1.3.5, basically any changes made in the metadata settings in preferences do not save upon quitting.

Unfortunately no, I'm not able to downgrade from 10.13 beta (maybe it's only an issue on High Sierra)

I have had this issues occasionally on the release version of 10.13. In other software where there are similar bugs, it has been related to APFS.
